🗓 Return Window – 30 Days
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
It must be returned in the original packaging.
A proof of purchase or receipt is mandatory.
🚫 Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements, etc.)
Personal care or intimate products
Downloadable software
Gift cards
Opened media (CDs, DVDs, etc.)
Hazardous, flammable, or regulated items
🔍 Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
We may approve partial refunds under certain conditions:
Product shows signs of use
Packaging is missing or damaged (not due to our fault)
Return requested after 30 days but under exceptional circumstances

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
